Javier A. Salcedo is a Senior Engineering Manager at Analog Devices since July 2006, specializing in Quality Management Systems for advanced technology integrated circuits and embedded software. Javier leads the design of business systems that promote technology innovation and operational excellence in high-scale production of mixed-signal integrated circuits. With a strong foundation in product development, Javier has designed innovative semiconductor devices and applications across various market segments, positively impacting quality of life and generating financial value in the semiconductor industry. Prior work includes a role as a Guest Researcher at the National Institute of Standards and Technology, where pioneering research on circuit technologies for MEMS sensor applications was conducted, and as a Research Scientist at Universidad Simón Bolívar.
