Rachel L. Morrison

Rachel L. (Ronnquist) Morrison has over 20 years of experience in compensation and sales incentives, currently serving as the Director of Broad Based & Sales Compensation at Analog Devices since January 2018. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Dell from November 2004 to December 2017, holding various positions including Senior Compensation Consultant and Manager of Global Compensation and Programs, where responsibilities included the management of multiple compensation programs and analytics for a workforce of over 5,000 employees. Earlier career experience includes roles in sales operations at AutoFusion, Inc., and a foundation in community health education with a BS from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell.
