Richard Ahern

Richard Ahern is currently the Head of Global Total Rewards, HRIS, and HR Service Center at Analog Devices, where they define global strategy for Compensation and Benefits. They have been an Independent Consultant at McKesson since 2017 and previously held multiple leadership roles at Dell Technologies and Dell EMC, including Vice President of Human Resources, HRIS. Richard managed significant HR technology transformations and compensation strategies across several organizations, including leading the EMC integration efforts into Dell. They began their career in HR as a Generalist at O2 (Telefónica UK).
