Tavares Brewington

Tavares Brewington, JD, MBA, currently serves as Chief Compliance & Risk Officer at Analog Devices since February 2024. Brewington is the founder of Street2Ivy, an organization focused on empowering entrepreneurs from underserved communities through innovation and design thinking. A member of the Board of Trustees at Thayer Academy, Brewington has held leadership positions such as EVP General Counsel & Risk Management at Keolis North America Inc. and Chief Compliance Officer at Leica Biosystems. Previous experience includes roles at Biogen, Pratt & Whitney, and as an Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice. Brewington earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a JD from Boston College Law School.
