Tracy Haley

Tracy Haley is an experienced semiconductor professional currently serving as the Director of Process Development at Analog Devices since August 2021. Previously, Tracy held various leadership roles at Maxim Integrated from 1996 to November 2021, including Director of Process Engineering and Senior Manager of Process Integration & Yield. Tracy played a crucial role in managing process yield and the integration of production flows at the X3 Wafer Fab in San Jose, CA, and successfully oversaw the startup of Maxim’s first 200MM line. Tracy's career began at Allegro MicroSystems in the role of Process Technician and progressed through positions at Cherry, focusing on wafer fabrication processes. Tracy has a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Semiconductor Devices and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
