Role Description

This is a partner role as a Co-Founder & CEO at Analogue Insight™, a pre-seed fabless semiconductor company. As a Co-Chief Executive Officer, you will play a vital role in driving the company's growth and success. You will work closely with the other Co-Founder/s and the executive team to define and execute the company's strategic direction, foster a positive and inclusive culture, and ensure the achievement of financial and operational goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a long-term strategy in the field of IC and IP development. Operational Excellence and Task Management: Ensure top-notch efficiency and effectiveness across all operations, with a particular focus on overcoming current task management bottlenecks. Business Development: Seek new growth avenues, including forging partnerships and entering new markets. Team Leadership and Development: Inspire, recruit, and mentor a team dedicated to innovation and excellence, fostering a culture that aligns with Analogue Insight's strategic objectives. Assist with creating and executing a fundraising strategy to drive interest from outside VC investors

Offering:

Substantial Equity Stake in Analogue Insight™, vested over four years with a one-year cliff, acknowledging the crucial role of the Co-Founder & CEO in our successful launch and long-term growth. Compensation: Given the early stage of our venture, we are unable to offer financial compensation prior to generate consolidated revenue (launch). In recognition of this, and to align with our need for a self-sustaining individual who can co-lead Analogue Insight™ to launch, we offer a substantial equity stake in the company. Post-launch, compensation will transition to a net revenue share model. This approach is designed to reward early commitment and contribution to Analogue Insight™ success. Part-time availability (20-30 hours per week) to accommodate current business commitments. Fully-remote position within Europe with Monthly, Quarterly and Annual F2F meeting.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CEO is welcome but open to talents for this challenging role Deep understanding of semiconductor IP and IC design and development with experience in Analog or Digital design Demonstrated leadership in the startup, electronics, or SoC design and development companies with a history of steering businesses towards growth and innovation. An entrepreneurial spirit with experience tackling startup challenges and seizing opportunities. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, adept at navigating through growth and transition. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in building relationships, leading teams, engaging communities and enhance the company’s reputation. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and investors Proven track record of successful negotiation and deal-making Strong commitment to values of diversity, inclusion
