Beth Nickerson

Beth Nickerson is an accomplished benefits specialist with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as the Head of Benefits at Analysis Group since November 2017, Beth has previously held significant roles at Forrester Research as Benefits Manager, and at Charles River Associates as Sr. Benefits Specialist. With a strong track record in developing and managing benefit strategies, compliance with federal regulations, and enhancing employee wellness programs, Beth has demonstrated leadership in various organizations including VistaPrint, Polaroid, NetScout Systems Inc, and Avid Technology. Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
