Katie Orr is an accomplished learning and development leader with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Analysis Group since April 2016, Katie oversees the design and execution of diverse L&D programs aimed at enhancing consultant development. Previously, Katie worked at Cambridge Associates from September 2010 to March 2016, where roles included Sr. Organizational Development Specialist and Organizational Development Specialist, focusing on performance management, talent development, and HR system implementation for over 1300 employees. Early career experience includes HR administrative support at Gannett Welsh & Kotler. Katie holds an MBA from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
