Aliscia Andrews

Aliscia Andrews is currently the Senior Outreach and Engagement Lead for the IBAS program at ANSER, having assumed this role in August 2024. Previously, Aliscia served as an Advisor from July 2023 to June 2024, facilitating interviews and conducting press briefings on matters related to National Security and Cybersecurity. Aliscia held significant positions in the Commonwealth of Virginia from November 2021 to January 2024, including Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security and the first Deputy Secretary for Cybersecurity, where crucial recommendations were made to enhance the state's cybersecurity posture. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Policy Strategist at Perspecta, managing a portfolio focused on cyber and intelligence policy, contributing insights to senior decision-makers in the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.
