Konstantin Shtilkind

Konstantin Shtilkind began their work experience in 2012 as a Data Analyst for Brillient Corporation, where they worked as an on-site IRS contractor until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Accounts Payable Manager for United States Service Industries, Inc. Following this, from 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Staff Accountant at Medical Science & Computing (MSC). In 2019, they joined Aronson LLC as a Senior Consultant, focusing on government contracting clients and performing accounting software system conversions. In 2020, they became an Accounting Manager at eSimplicity, a role they held until 2021. Currently, since 2021, they serve as the Senior Accounting Manager at Analytica.

Konstantin Shtilkind obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between the years 2008 and 2012. During the same period, they also attained a Bachelor's Degree in Communication, General from the University of Maryland. In June 2020, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn.
