Rachelle Pineda

Rachelle Pineda's work experience begins in 2015 at Emagine IT, Inc., where they worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Rachelle'sresponsibilities included reviewing procedures and processes for compliance, maintaining company-wide action items, and participating in audits. Rachelle also supported corporate in conjunction with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and performed unit, acceptance, and regression testing.

In 2016, Pineda moved to Mobomo, where they initially worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and then took on the role of Project Manager/Compliance Manager. Rachelle'sduties included attending and holding Scrum Meetings, leading user acceptance testing, and creating test plans and reports. Rachelle also tested functionality and performance across different devices and operating systems.

Currently, Pineda is employed at Analytica as a Deputy Project Manager. In this role, they manage multiple projects and teams to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of project plans. Rachelle collaborates with clients, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, and conducts daily stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies for small Agile Scrum teams.

Rachelle Pineda completed their education in a chronological manner. Rachelle first attended Northern Virginia Community College from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General. After that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at the University of Phoenix, from 2008 to 2010, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. In 2019, Rachelle obtained the CMMI Associate certification from the CMMI Institute. Lastly, in 2020, they acquired the Scaled Scrum Master Certified (SSMC) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
