Thomas Bowman

Thomas Bowman is currently the Manager of Safety & Mission Assurance at Analytical Mechanics Associates. Prior to this, they were the Manufacturing Manager at Fríant from August 2018 to September 2019 where they were a multi-departmental leader in the best practices of Lean Manufacturing concepts. From May 2017 to July 2018, they were the Assistant Manager Manufacturing at Toyota Boshoku America where they managed 130+ team members in the Toyota Production System (Lean Manufacturing) practices. Thomas Bowman has also served in the U.S. Navy from June 1991 to June 2013 where they led and managed 60+ team members in leadership, management, career counselling, electronic repair, and operation improvement.
