Richard W Simmons

Richard Simmons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ranching and consulting. Currently serving as a rancher at Sc\ Ranch since November 2021, Richard also holds the position of President at Analytics since October 2013, following a tenure as Managing Director of Class Action Services at BMC Group from May 2008 to October 2013. Richard's extensive experience in national class action and mass tort consulting began at Analytics, Incorporated, where responsibilities included President from June 1990 to March 2010, and various roles such as Vice President and Principal. Additionally, Richard contributed academically as an Instructor in the Economics Department at St. Olaf College. Richard holds a BA in Economics from St. Olaf College and pursued further education at the University of Minnesota and New York University.
