Kateryna Zinovieva is an experienced Change & Incident Manager at ING, focusing on Pega applications and change management processes since June 2024. Concurrently, Kateryna serves as a Pega Test Consultant at Anamata, engaging in test strategy, design, defect management, and continuous improvement efforts.
