Mahendra Nishan

Mahendra Nishan has a strong background in engineering and hospitality. Mahendra is currently the Director of Engineering at Six Senses Fort Barwara, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Engineering at Ananda In The Himalayas starting from 2018. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as the Chief Engineer at IHHR Hospitality. Mahendra also held positions such as Deputy Chief Engineer at The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts from 2013 to 2016, Engineer at The Leela Palace- New Delhi from 2011 to 2013, and Project Engineer MEP at Hotel Leela-venture Ltd from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Executive Engineer at The Leela Kempinski, Goa, an Assistant Engineer at The Rambagh Palace, and an Engineering Assistant at The Oberoi Vanyavilas, Ranthambhore. Mahendra began their career as a Service Engineer at Kota Diesel Sales & Services. Throughout their work experiences, they have demonstrated skills in planning, execution, maintenance, coordination, and staff management.

Mahendra Nishan completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka State Open University, from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a diploma in Electrical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, from 1995 to 1999, and an Electrical degree from the Board of Technical Education Rajasthan during the same time period. Before pursuing higher education, Mahendra Nishan completed their SSCE at Govt. High School in 1995. Additionally, they completed their schooling education before entering high school.
