Hila Pachter

Hila Pachter has worked in a variety of roles in the Israeli media industry for over 20 years. Hila began their career as a news desk producer at Yedioth Aharonot, one of Israel's leading newspapers. Hila then moved to Orange, where they worked as a content editor. In 2004, they joined channel 10 news as a reporter coordinator. In this role, they coordinated the news edition with reporters and initiated and carried out pieces and investigations. Hila also filmed and edited pieces for the Saturday Night News. In 2006, they joined Keshet Broadcasting & Channel 24 as Head of PR. In this role, they were responsible for the media strategy and communications for Keshet's channels and programs. In 2014, they left Keshet to join Tel Aviv University as a lecturer. In this role, they created a lesson plan and taught a course on TV Show Marketing and Promotion. In 2016, they joined Ananey Communications as SVP of International Relations.

Hila Pachter has a Bachelor's degree in Government Studies from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and has taken a course in Introduction to Entrepreneurship at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Hila Pachter reports to Orly Atlas-Katz, CEO. They are on a team with Ariel Baril - CEO Ananey Tech, Shirley Oran - SVP, Content & Brands, and Meitar Bainvol - SVP, HR.
