Rakesh Singh

Rakesh Singh has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rakesh started their career as a Project Facilitation Team Coordinator for the Madhya Pradesh Rural Livelihood Project. Rakesh then worked as a Field Executive for Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Limited before moving on to various roles at Indian Grameen Services, including Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager. Rakesh also served as a State Manager for SIDBI, where they implemented the "Poorest State Inclusive Growth Project." Currently, they are working as an Associate Vice President at Ananya Finance For Inclusive Growth Private Limited, where they previously held the position of Regional Manager.

Rakesh Singh's education history begins with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Physics from Ranchi University, which they obtained prior to the year 2001. Rakesh then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management in Jabalpur, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. In 2010, Rakesh obtained a certification in Financial Market from the National Stock Exchange. Additionally, they completed a certification course in SME Finance for Bankers from IIBF. More recently, in 2020, they completed certification courses in Appraisal for Agriculture Financing from the Banker Institute of Rural Development and in Financial Inclusion, Financial Literacy, and Financial Education in Asia from the ADB Institute.
