Sylvie Grastilleur

Sylvie Grastilleur has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving as Cheffe de projets RH at ANAP since February 2011, where responsibilities include leading working groups to develop various HR tools and managing e-learning strategies. Prior roles include conducting research on the integration of GPEC and Lean Manufacturing at ESSEC Business School and serving as Responsable formation at Aptar, overseeing training processes and developing internal training networks across multiple sites. Sylvie has also held quality management positions at Aptar and Aspocomp Oulu, contributing to quality certifications and supplier management, and began a career as a consultante formatrice at TECHNOCOM. Sylvie holds a Mastère spécialisé in Ressources Humaines from ESSEC Business School and an engineering degree in agro-food and quality from Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
