Depuis 2009, l’Anap accompagne les professionnels de santé des établissements sanitaires et médico-sociaux dans l’évolution de leurs organisations afin d’améliorer le service rendu à l’usager. Ses productions sont toujours élaborées grâce à l’expertise des professionnels de terrain.

Son action vise à :
- Améliorer la fluidité des parcours en santé des personnes ;
- Faciliter la connaissance de l’offre en santé, l’aide à la décision et le dialogue de gestion ; 
- Améliorer l’organisation des activités de prise en charge et d’accompagnement des patients ; 
- Améliorer l’organisation des fonctions de soutien et support.

Nos missions : 
- L’appui et l’accompagnement des établissements, notamment dans le cadre de missions de réorganisation interne, de redressement, de gestion immobilière ou de projets de recompositions hospitalières ou médico-sociales
- L’évaluation, l’audit et l’expertise des projets hospitaliers ou médico-sociaux, notamment dans le domaine immobilier et des systèmes d’information
- Le pilotage et la conduite d’audits sur la performance des établissements de santé et médico-sociaux
- L’appui aux Agences régionales de santé (ARS) dans leur mission de pilotage opérationnel et d’amélioration de la performance des établissements
- L’appui de l’administration centrale dans sa mission de pilotage stratégique de l’offre de soins et médico-social.
- La conception et la diffusion d’outils et de services permettant aux établissements de santé et médico-sociaux d’améliorer leur performance, et en particulier la qualité de leur service aux patients et aux personnes.
