David Basin

David Basin has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. David started their career in 1997 as a Professor of Software Engineering at Albert Ludwig Universitaet, Freiburg, where they worked until 2002. In 2003, they joined ETH Zurich as a Professor of Information Security and also served as the Chair of Information Security and the founding director of the Zurich Information Security Center until 2011.
