Alex Robertson is currently working at Anaplan as a Software Engineer and Senior Manager in Level 3 Support. They have extensive experience managing a team of Level 3 Support analysts and have been involved in various cross-team projects, including transitioning to cloud-based architecture and implementing monitoring tools. Alex has restructured the global Level 3 Support team to enhance technical knowledge and relationships with engineering teams. They play a key role in supportability of the product and manage high priority customer escalations. Prior to Anaplan, Alex worked as a Junior Level 3 Support Analyst at Dolby Laboratories and completed an Integrated Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering with Music Technology Systems at the University of York.
