Anibal Garcia

Anibal Garcia is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and customer experience. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Customer Experience at Anaplan since March 2024, Anibal previously held various leadership roles at Baptist Health South Florida from July 2004 to March 2024, including Manager of Technology, where oversight involved the development and implementation of technology sustainment strategies for critical business systems and management of a team supporting over 5,000 providers. Anibal also served as Manager of IT Clinical Systems, collaborating with executive leadership to address evolving technology needs, and as Lead Project Manager for multiple outpatient services projects, demonstrating a strong capacity for project management and strategic planning. Anibal holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BBA in Management Information Systems from Florida International University.
