Kimberly Carlisle

Kimberly Carlisle, M.A., CPP, currently serves as the Director of Global Payroll at Anaplan since April 2025, following a tenure as Director of Payroll at Chewy from January 2020 to March 2025. Prior experience includes leadership roles in corporate payroll at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., where Kimberly held positions as AVP and Director of Corporate Payroll, overseeing payroll operations and vendor management. In addition, Kimberly contributed as an Advisory Board Member for Duluth LISC and served as President of the Northstar Chapter APA. Earlier career highlights include managing payroll compliance at Target Corporation and directing payroll services at the University of Minnesota, where Kimberly administered disbursements for approximately 33,000 employees. Kimberly holds a Master of Arts degree from Augsburg University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
