Mark Landheer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, and customer success. As a Principal Customer Success Business Partner at Anaplan since February 2020, Mark serves as a thought leader and trusted advisor to major strategic clients, developing and executing Customer Success plans and ensuring value realization metrics are tracked. Prior roles include Sr. Director of Analytics and Data Management at The Hackett Group, where Mark oversaw project delivery and business development, and various positions in business intelligence and consulting across multiple organizations, including Agilent Technologies and McKesson. Mark also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at Saint Mary's College of California, teaching graduate-level business courses. Mark holds an MBA in Management Science and International Business from Cal State East Bay.
