Luisa Salter-Cid

Luisa Salter-Cid, Ph.D. is the current Chief Scientific Officer at Pioneering Medicines, Flagship Pioneering and has been serving on the board of directors for Jounce Therapeutics since February 2021. Luisa had extensive experience at Gossamer as Chief Scientific Officer and Bristol-Meyers Squibb where she led teams that advanced over 20 compounds into clinical development. Throughout her career Dr. Salter-Cid has authored of over 70 publications and patents. Dr. Salter-Cid received her Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, an M.S. in Biology from Florida International University, and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Lisbon Portugal.
