Michael Hippach

Michael Hippach is an experienced professional in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Upstream CMC at AnaptysBio since March 2020. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Associate Director of Upstream Process Development at MabPlex International Co., Ltd. from March 2018 to March 2020. Michael's career includes significant positions at Agensys, Inc. as Manager of Cell Culture Development and at Biogen Idec as Associate Scientist in Cell Culture Development, where expertise in process sciences and manufacturing was developed. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistant in Analytical Development at Hisamitsu America, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry/Cell Biology from UC San Diego and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from The George Washington University.
