Sam Donovan has a strong background in client success operations, with experience working at Anaqua as the Manager. During their time at the company, they were able to significantly improve client satisfaction ratings and establish a global support model. Sam currently serves as the Support Operations Lead at SundayAI and is also a Partner & COO of their personal start-up. Prior to Anaqua, Sam worked at QuickPivot as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Sam holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Brandeis University.
