Stephanie Mayne, PHR, brings extensive human resources management experience, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at TTM Technologies since February 2004. In this role, Stephanie collaborates with the management team to align human resource programs with organizational needs and goals, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. Prior to TTM Technologies, Stephanie held the position of Process Efficiency Manager at Sutherland Global Services from 2000 to 2004, where processes and training were developed to significantly reduce the department's reject rate. Earlier in Stephanie's career, from 1995 to 1999, experience was gained as an Assistant for Youth Programs at the American Red Cross, where training sessions were created and implemented. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Ithaca College.
