Abhai Mani Chaturvedi has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Abhai Mani started their career in 2006 as a Data Analyst at Competent Software Pvt Ltd, where they maintained real estate databases and provided detailed analysis. Abhai Mani then worked at P.E. Analytics as an Assistant Manager and later as a Team Leader, responsible for market research, data analysis, and quality control. In 2012, they joined CommonFloor.com as a Manager, leading a team of 60 members in data research and operations. Abhai Mani later moved to Quikr India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager, managing a team of 60+ members and creating India's largest residential property database. Currently, they are working at ANAROCK as a Vice President, leading the research and data operations division and overseeing data-led products and services. Abhai Mani is responsible for managing a team, analyzing market trends, and providing advisory services.

Abhai Mani Chaturvedi earned a B.Tech degree in computer science from Motivational Pathway in 2005 and from UNITED COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND RESEARCH (U) in the same year. Abhai Mani also obtained certifications in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy, as well as certifications in Importing Data Into R, Intermediate R, and Introduction to R from DataCamp.
