Nicolás Nardecchia

Nicolás Nardecchia has been working in the field of business and finance since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Accenture as an Analyst of Management Consulting, where they analyzed the impact of the new law of portability numerica, and led train-the-trainer sessions in Chile and Mexico. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Bolsa Emergente as a Chief of Projects, Administration and Finance, where they were responsible for the execution of a project of USD 2.5 million from the Inter-American Development Bank, and contributed to the development of a financial model of scaling. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Fundación Emprender as a Sub-Manager of Projects, Administration and Finance, where they restructured the accounting and financial management processes, and standardized operational processes. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at the European Investment Fund (EIF) as a Capstone Project Consultant, where they conducted a quantitative analysis of the access restrictions to the credit market for SMEs in Europe. Since 2021, they have been working at Anastasia - Artificial Intelligence as the Chief Services Officer, where they are responsible for defining and implementing a customer onboarding methodology, developing training materials, and implementing processes and customer support channels.

Nicolás Nardecchia attended the Universidad de Concepción from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a Magister en Ingeniería Industrial | Ingeniería Civil Industrial in the field of Ingeniería. In 2009, they participated in a one-semester exchange program at Cleveland State University. In 2016, they attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public and Economic Policy.
