Von Png is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Senior Sales and Marketing Director, APAC at Anastasia Beverly Hills since April 2021, Von has held multiple marketing leadership roles in the region. Previously, Von was the Brand General Manager at Benefit Cosmetics, successfully managing a team of 31 with exceptional staff retention. A significant career at L'Oréal included the role of National Sales Manager overseeing major pharmacy channels and diverse product portfolios. Earlier experience as a Shop Manager at Giordano laid the groundwork for skills in sales performance and operations management. Von holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) with Distinction in Marketing from the Singapore Institute of Management and a Diploma in Marketing from Singapore Polytechnic.
