Deon McGuire, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Deon McGuire, started their career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they participated in the company's Leadership Development Program, gaining exposure to different business functions. After that, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate/Project Business Services, providing contract financial support and serving as a lead Business Manager. Deon McGuire, then moved on to TexelTek, Inc. as a Sr. Program Cost Analyst/Special Projects Lead, where they revamped data collection and reporting practices. Next, they joined Deloitte Consulting LLP as a Engagement Controller Manager, overseeing financial analysis and reconciliation processes and providing project management control. Most recently, Deon worked at GroundTruth as a Finance Manager, managing all facets of financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis and serving as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, and the Finance team. Deon McGuire, is currently working at Anatomy IT as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager.
