Shannon Marshall

Shannon Marshall has a long and varied work experience. Shannon began their career in 2009 as a Communications and Public Policy Intern at the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. In 2011, they moved to Pathfinders, Inc. as a Recruiter and Account Manager. In 2014, they joined Laurel Springs School, where they held several roles, including Partnership Coordinator and Partnerships Manager. In 2018, they moved to Cloudmed as Director of Commercial Operations, and then in 2021, they became Director of Commercial Operations at Fourth. Currently, they are Senior Director of Commercial Operations at ANATOMY_IT.

Shannon Marshall obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Communication and Justice, Law, & Society from American University between 2006 and 2010. Shannon has also obtained 8 certifications from LinkedIn and WorkBoard Inc. since 2020, including Emotional Intelligence for Project Managers (Blinkist Summary), Delivering Employee Feedback, Performance Management: Conducting Performance Reviews, Having Difficult Conversations, OKR Coach Certification, Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance, Interpersonal Communication, and Management Foundations.
