Joshua James

Joshua James is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Network and Systems Administrator at Anautics, Inc. since August 2021, Joshua previously held roles including Information Technology Support Specialist at Weatherford Public Schools and Network Operations Technician at Ericsson. With additional experience as a Customer Experience Manager at PGi and various customer service positions, Joshua has developed a strong skill set in managing complex network issues, ensuring service level agreements, and providing exceptional customer support. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science-Information Systems from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
