Nikolaos Kakarantzas

Nikolaos Kakarantzas has a diverse work experience in the field of civil engineering. Nikolaos started their career as a freelance civil engineer in 2009 and worked independently until 2011. Nikolaos then joined SOTRIS sa as a Civil Engineer, where they served as the Head of Construction and was responsible for supervision and construction of various projects. In 2013, they became the Managing Partner and Civil Engineer at nt CONSTRUCTION, overseeing the management and implementation of construction projects until 2015. Nikolaos also worked as a Project Manager at ANAX Group, focusing on civil engineering projects. Additionally, they had a short stint as a Project Manager at Q.A.-S.D. ART DOMIKH. Throughout their career, Nikolaos Kakarantzas has gained experience in overseeing construction projects, surveying, and editing construction papers.

Nikolaos Kakarantzas obtained a Diploma (5 Years Degree) in Civil Engineering from the University of Patras between 2002 and 2008. In 2011, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Earthquake Engineering and Seismic-Resistant Structures at Hellenic Open University, which they completed in 2015. Nikolaos furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Environmental Catalysis for Pollution Abatement and Clean Energy Production from Hellenic Open University, completing it in 2020.

In addition to their degrees, Kakarantzas has obtained various certifications. Nikolaos acquired the Construction Registry Level B certification from the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport, and Networks in July 2014. In October 2013, they obtained the Energy Inspector - Class C certification from the Ministry of Environment, Energy & Climate Change. Kakarantzas also holds the ECDL Core Certification from the ECDL Foundation, obtained in October 2010. Lastly, they hold the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge, achieved in June 1999.
