Mark Perkins

Mark Perkins has a strong background in IT operations and management. Mark is currently the Head of Live Operations at Anaxi, having joined in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Roxor Gaming from 2022 to 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Head of IT Operations at Santander UK, where they were responsible for overseeing all IT activities and leading various functions. Before that, Mark worked at Santander UK Technology as a Service Operations Manager from 2008 to 2021, where they managed shift-based teams and implemented change programs to reduce incidents. Mark also worked as the Backup Operations Service Lead at Produban from 2006 to 2008, where they handled compliance and reporting for the UK function of Santander's global backup service.

Mark Perkins attended Harlington Upper School from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued A Levels in Economics, Communications Study, Geography, and General Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Mark obtained the APMG Agile Project Management Foundation certification from QA Ltd in August 2016. Mark also obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation v4 Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2023, and certifications in Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Productivity: Prioritizing at Work from LinkedIn in June 2022.
