Dileep Peddineni

Dileep Peddineni has extensive work experience in the field of data engineering and consultancy. Dileep is currently employed as a Lead Data Engineer at Anblicks since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at IBM for a period of five years, from 2016 to 2021, in the role of Data Warehousing Specialist / Lead ETL Developer Analyst. During their time at IBM, they were involved in projects related to migrating existing EDW solutions to Cloudera/Hadoop, using various technologies such as Spark, Hive, Impala, and Python.

Before joining IBM, Dileep worked as a Senior BI Consultant at Sunoida Solutions from 2011 to 2016. Dileep'sresponsibilities included working on development and implementation of Vision BI, ERM, Report Suite, and MIS Reporting applications for multiple clients in Africa and Middle East. Dileep also gained experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, ETL, database development, and data analysis during this time.

Dileep has also held senior consultancy positions at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd, Heritage Bank Plc, and First Community Bank Kenya. Dileep worked as a Sr Consultant at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd from February 2015 to December 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Sr Consultant at Heritage Bank Plc from August 2014 to March 2015, and at First Community Bank Kenya from January 2014 to June 2014.

In addition to their consultancy roles, Dileep worked as a BI Consultant at I&M Bank Ltd from October 2012 to November 2013, and as a Software Engineer at ADVIT SOFTWARE & BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED from June 2010 to September 2011.
