Faiyaz Maru

Faiyaz Maru is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Currently serving as Manager - HR (Talent Acquisition) at Anblicks since October 2021, Faiyaz leads talent acquisition for the Cloud, Data, and Modern App division. Prior to this, Faiyaz held the position of Asst. Manager - HR at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited, managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle for the Technical Unit while overseeing a team of recruiters. Faiyaz's recruiting career began as a Branch Recruiter at Gi Group, where responsibilities included full cycle recruitment and client interaction. Faiyaz also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at MM Management Consultant, focusing on candidate sourcing and requirement understanding. Faiyaz holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and a B.E. in Information Technology.
