Lisa Glover-Gardin

Lisa Glover-Gardin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in privacy law and regulatory compliance within prominent technology companies. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Product and Privacy Legal at Ancestry since November 2025, Lisa previously held significant positions at Facebook's Meta as Associate General Counsel for Privacy Legal in Reality Labs, Epic Games as a Legal Consultant for Regulatory Compliance, and PayPal as Senior Director and Global Head of Privacy Legal. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Managing Counsel for Ethics & Compliance at Google and Legal Director for Employment and Compliance at Quantum Corporation. Lisa holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of California, Berkeley, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics along with an MBA from San Francisco State University.
