Susie Keane

Susie Keane has held various management roles in customer service and operations throughout their career. Susie is currently the Strategy & Analytics Manager at Ancestry, where Susie has also held positions such as Senior Business Process Analyst and Operations Manager. Prior to Ancestry, Susie was the Head of Customer Service at Chal-tec GmbH and the General Manager at Hifi-Tower Ltd. Susie has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork and participated in the Erasmus Programme at Universität Klagenfurt.
