Santhosh Poothankurussi

Santhosh Poothankurussi has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Santhosh has worked as an Associate Director of Engineering at Anchanto since February 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for leading the Order Management System and developing engineering solutions to improve product quality and automation.

Before joining Anchanto, Santhosh worked at Suyati Technologies as the Director of Technology Practice from April 2021 to August 2022. In this role, they mentored and nurtured technology professionals, developed practice objectives, and attracted top talents.

Santhosh also served as the Director of Services Delivery at Suyati Technologies from December 2018 to March 2021. In this role, they acted as the lead contact for accounts managed, built strong relationships with customers, and proposed new solutions based on customer pain points.

Santhosh was the Director of Delivery Services at AOT Technologies from July 2017 to November 2018. Their responsibilities included delivery and account management for multiple customer engagements, revenue management, and employee skill and competency management.

Prior to AOT Technologies, Santhosh co-founded and served as a Director at Devaayanam Network Private Limited from July 2013 to June 2017. Santhosh conceptualized and built an E-Commerce aggregator Platform that connected devotional spaces globally, leveraging Open Source technologies.

Earlier in their career, Santhosh worked at Verizon as a Technical Manager from November 2004 to June 2013. Santhosh successfully handled multiple system consolidation projects, self-service portal development, and billing system integrations. Santhosh was also involved in global delivery management, talent management, and change management initiatives at Verizon.

Santhosh Poothankurussi completed an Executive Program in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1997 to 2000. Santhosh also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Physics) degree in Physics from Victoria College, Palakkad, Kerala, which they earned from 1990 to 1995. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Key Account Management from LinkedIn in 2019.
