Anchor and Light is an Australian family strategy practice. We support people and professionals before, during and after separation, mediation or court, and through complex blended family transitions.

Our work is structured and forwardable: diagnostics, readiness snapshots, and practical decision sequences that can be shared with lawyers, therapists, HR and trusted supporters.

We work through four stages: Stabilise, Clarity, Contain, Legacy. 

This means slowing urgency, locating what is true, setting boundaries and next steps, and building a plan that holds over time.

We are not lawyers and we are not therapists. We do not provide legal or therapeutic advice. We provide legally literate, emotionally grounded decision support and systems that improve coordination with your professional team.
