Tristan Brooks

Tristan Brooks is a dedicated behavioral therapist at Anchor Behavioral Solutions since January 2019, specializing in developing behavior intervention plans and conducting thorough assessments to enhance client success. Concurrently, Tristan serves as a substitute teacher with Delta-T Group, imparting knowledge across grades K-12 while maintaining a positive classroom environment. Previous experiences includes master's level internships at Youth Consultation Service and The Gateway Family YMCA, where Tristan conducted needs assessments and managed transitional housing programs. Additionally, Tristan held roles as an in-home counselor with Family Preservation Services and a social work intern at B.R.I.C.K. Peshine Academy. Tristan holds a Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers School of Social Work and dual Bachelor's degrees in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University.
