Lelethu Poswa

Lelethu Poswa is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Fixed Income Fund Manager and previously as a Fixed Income Analyst at Anchor since January 2020. Prior experience includes a role as a Fixed Income Graduate at Investec Asset Management from January 2019 to December 2019, and tutoring Statistics at the University of Cape Town between August 2017 and December 2018. Lelethu also gained practical experience as a Liability-Driven Investments intern at Old Mutual Investment Group in mid-2018 and worked as an Examination Assistant for the Department of Basic Education in late 2016. Lelethu holds a Business Science degree in Finance, Statistics, and Economics from the University of Cape Town and completed financial trading programs at the Academy of Financial Trading in 2016-2017.
