Gene Barroga

Gene Barroga is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in systems administration and desktop support. Currently serving as Information Technology System Administrator II at Anchor General Insurance Agency since May 2016, Gene's expertise includes Windows and server administration, Office 365, Cisco Duo Security MFA, VMWare ESXi, endpoint security, and firewall management. Previous roles include Desktop Support Technician II and Computer Operator, providing essential support and managing automated processes. Prior work experience also includes positions at Starbucks and various research assistant roles at UCSD. Gene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UC San Diego, earned between 2011 and 2013, and attended Southwestern College from 2009 to 2011.
