Michelle Buckner

Michelle Buckner has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in claims examination and adjustment. Currently serving as a Bodily Injury Examiner at Anchor General Insurance Agency, Michelle previously worked as a Casualty Specialist at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah Insurance Exchange, where responsibilities included analyzing claims and making decisions on approval and denial. Prior roles include Area Supervisor at Marshall Retail Group, responsible for employee performance assessments, and Property Damage Claims Adjuster II at American Claims Management, focused on claim investigation and verification. Additionally, Michelle served in various capacities at GEICO, starting as a Claims Service Representative II and progressing to Payment Recovery Examiner. Michelle holds an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Miramar College and is currently pursuing further education at Brigham Young University - Idaho.
