Ben Schmitz

Ben Schmitz is an experienced leader and entrepreneur currently serving as President of the Brotherhood of St. Joseph since August 2021, focusing on uniting members for collective benefit. As President and Founder of Anchor Group LLC, established in June 2018, Ben provides business support to the Brotherhood. Ben's military background includes roles in the Wisconsin National Guard from January 2014 to May 2022, where responsibilities varied from Battalion Operations Assistant S3 to Platoon and Company Leader, managing logistics, training, and soldier welfare. Earlier career experiences include positions as a NetSuite Developer and Technical Support Consultant, showcasing expertise in software development and cloud technology. Ben holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of St. Thomas.
