The Recruiting and Development team at Anchor Health Homecare Services is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and training qualified homecare professionals, including HHAs, PCAs, RNs, therapists, social workers, and nutritionists. They ensure that all staff meet the high standards of clinical competence and compassionate care required by the company. Additionally, the team develops specialized training programs, such as the PADS certification, to equip aides with the necessary skills to care for special-needs pediatric patients, ensuring seamless and comprehensive care for all clients.
