Richard Gratzer

Richard Gratzer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard started their career in the US Army as a Tactical Communications Chief, Staff Sergeant, E-6 from 1981 to 1988. Following that, they worked at LJ Tool Specialties as a Die Maker from 1988 to 1992. Since 1992, Richard has been associated with Anchor Manufacturing Group, Inc. where they held several positions including Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and currently, Director of Advanced Engineering and Business Development.

Richard Gratzer completed a Tool and Die Apprenticeship from the State of Ohio Apprenticeship program from 1990 to 1998. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Six Sigma Black Belt Training from Kent State University. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1988, they pursued General Studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Central Texas College.
