David Ferrara

David Ferrara currently serves as the General Manager for DC & Mid-Atlantic at Anchor Mechanical, Inc., a role held since 2024. Prior to this position, Ferrara was the Senior Director for Mid-Atlantic at AB Facility Service from 2022 to 2024, where the organization provided extensive facilities service across major U.S. cities. From 2020 to 2022, Ferrara held the title of Chief Executive Officer at the NAPE Educational Foundation, and previously served as the Director of Property Management at Douglas Development Corporation in 2019. Ferrara’s extensive experience began with a tenure as Regional Manager at Lincoln Property Company from 2010 to 2019. Ferrara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
